It depends on what the diagnosis finds. An indexing block or a broken redirect can be fixed in a day and show in the results within a few weeks. Ranking a new service page against established competitors is months of work, and holding a position in the Map Pack is ongoing. We tell you which of those you are looking at before you spend anything.
The one thing we will not do is put a date on a ranking, because nobody controls Google.
No, and we would be wary of anyone who does. Google decides the order, and the most anyone can promise honestly is to find the real cause, fix it properly and report what changed. A rebuild only comes into it when the platform itself is the fault, and we will say so plainly if that is what we find, with the reasons.
